If you can't hear a helicopter crashing down on you, you probably deserve to die

Apparently a college student in Canada was killed after a helicopter crash landed on his head in the middle of the street! Why was this brilliant student unable to avoid the helicopter? He was listening to his iPod and was unable to hear (or see) the helicopter that was about to land on him. And while this was a freak accident, if you're walking around listening to music so loud you can't hear anything around you, it was only a matter of time until a Hummer ended you anyway.
