Don't try to get back at the IRS by paying them in pennies.

A couple tried this before realizing this IRS rule: "All cash payments were *required* (no exceptions) to be counted out twice in the presence of the person paying". Besides, there's a better way to get back at the IRS: Vote for Ron Paul.
