There are limits to changing your mind




The Maryland high court ruled recently that a woman can revoke her consent to sex after intercourse has begun. I have no problem with this, maybe she didn't know your penis was only 2 inches long and it's just not working. But the case the court decided this in was a rape case. A man asked if he could have sex with a girl in the back of a car. Right after they began, she said he was hurting her and asked him to stop. "He kept going for 5 or 10 seconds", then he stopped as per her request. The jury sentenced him to first-degree rape and gave him 15 years in prison. And the jury is just as much to blame because what they're saying is that every act of sexual intercourse in Maryland is potentially a rape, and if a man doesn't stop on a dime, he's going to jail. And let's be honest, he could have thought she was enjoying it and was saying "Don't stop!".
